SUPERVISED ART TEST VIA VIDEO CALL
This service is available between 12pm to 12am daily. (We're closed on the last Friday of every month)

Video Supervised ART tests are priced at $20*
(This is in addition to our standard time-based video consultation rates.)
* You must provide your own ART kits.
Step 1
For a virtual supervised ART, you will need to sit at a clear desk where we can see both you, your ID and your ART test kits clearly throughout the entire duration of the video consultation.
Step 2
Ensure your ART kit is one that is on HSA’s list of approved test kits:

Prepare two test kits.
​
If your result is invalid or if we are disconnected, you will need to repeat the process with the second test kit.

DO NOT OPEN THE KITS UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY THE DOCTOR.
Step 3
You may be asked to provide the batch number / serial number of the test kit.
Step 4
Open the test kit and perform your nasal swab as per the instructions in the test kit.
Preferably use a brand of test kit you are experienced with to minimise the risk of difficulties.
Step 5
Once completed, wait 15 minutes until a definite result is shown on the test kit.

Both you and your test kit must remain visible at all times.

If you are disconnected, the entire process will need to be repeated from the beginning.
Step 6
Show the results to your doctor who will then submit the results to MOH.

Step 7
You will receive an SMS from MOH and your PET Status will also be reflected in your Trace Together App*.

* For pre-event testing, the supervised ART test result is valid for 24 hours.
